1 Model: 5DL1100 is the ideal five axes CNC machining center for all kinds of vanes’ machining (max length 500mm) and cylindrical cam and cylindrical spiral curved surface’s machining (Max. dia. 500mm & length 500mm). It’s widely used for precision and special machining for the fields of steam turbine, military, molds etc. 
2 Adopted ‘C’ type vertical machining center with cross slide table construction, added with vertical milling head for left and right swivel. The working table was improved to rotary table, achieving five axes simultaneous motion. (linear axes X,Y,Z and rotary axes A and B)
3 Ball screws of X, Y and Z were supported with two-end positioning construction. It reduced temperature drift for all axes and increased the transmission rigidity. Axes ‘A’ was drove directly by torque motor with closed loop control achieving high accuracy. Our patent solved the problem of positioning rigidity of torque motor. It meets the demand of flat surface machining with satisfied rotary support. The output surface was designed as per lathe spindle nose for convenient use. Axes ‘B’ adopted carbide worm and quenched steel worm gear for dividing. These special materials have improved engaged contact stiffness and prolong the working life of this shaft. Since axes ‘B’ runs at low speed with obvious offset load, we adopted reversal self-lock worm gear pair for better transmission.
