2nd generation cnc roll notching machine developed and enjoy high reputation in the market
Hitec developed 2nd generation cnc roll notching & engraving machine successfully and was proved it stable quality in the market since year 2007. The machines'models are XK500CJ and CK850D. They are upgraded from XK9350. Overcome the weakness of XK9350 such as: low efficiency of notching, not enough rigidity notching for large size. The new developed cnc roll notching & engraving machines'model are XK500CJ and CK850D. It is not only improved efficiency, but also good for large size notching for both large roll diameter & large deform specification. Since the notching and engraving head was seperated into two individual heads with independent servo motors, servo drive and transmission system, the working life of machine has been double of that of XK9350. Originally, XK9350 use one head for two jobs (notching & engraving) by one set of servo motor, servo drive. The notching head and engraving head of XK500CJ & CK850D is compeletly new designed. The transmission of heads are made with square guideway instead of dovetail way; precision worm & worm gear instead of arc way; American made timing belt instead of normal belt etc... The design of headstock was improved lot. Such as enlarged brozen worm gear, spindle, improved the transmission shaft inside of headstock, larger servo motor. More accuracy making for key components. New produced XK500CJ & CK850D is not only good for roll notching, but also good for tungsten carbide roll notching & branding. The machines were widely used worldwide, including South America, Asia, Africa etc...
