Hitec engineers completed successful cnc roll notching and marking for Agha Steel in Karachi, Pakistan at the middel of August, 2013. The accurae, fast notching and marking left customer very deep impression.

It's sure that Agha steel will produce high quality, 100% standard reinforce bar in Pakistan by our mutual efforts. Recently, they are not only produce rebar for small size, but also large like D36.

Before their purchase of Hitec CNC machine, they have bought EDM machine for marking. But, now, the EDM machine is no longer to be used for roll branding/marking. Hitec CNC machine is able to do marking very fast (only about ten minutes for one pass branding). Also the cost of branding is is very cheap. Because one piece of engraving tool is able to write all alphates. No need to spend much cost for electrode for each alphate. No need to spend 3 or 4 hours for branding by EDM. We are very happy to help customer saving cost and increase their competition in the market.
