4.      45 degree slant bed was machined by five-face machining center for high accuracy. Its aging treated twice for stress relief to achieve high accuracy stable.

5.        The guide way of saddle adopts harden & turcite surface for smooth operation. Worked with ball screw improving its working accuracy and machining efficiency.

6.        High torque servo motor connected with ball screw directly for stable running and high positioning.

7.        The spindle was supported by high precision bearings. (3 bearings at front & 2 bearings at rear of spindle). Ensure maximum axial and radial rigidity of spindle and best machining finish. The large torque spindle motor improved heavy turning.

8.        Adopting hydraulic tool turret for fast & precision positioning without any shock. Its’ dual direction rotation for near tool selection. The hydraulic clamping is good for heavy turning.

9.        Large flow cooling reduces thermal deformation of work piece. Ensure the machining accuracy.

10.   Automatic centralized lubrication ensures machine’s long working life.

11.    Available option of automatic chip conveyor
