High Speed Steel Ring & Sleeve

Ring and sleeve are made by centrifugal casting with high alloy elements and special heat treatment. The metallographic structure is martensite c/w fine dispersed carbides such as MC, M2C, M6C. It has good high tempreture wear resistance because of its high percentage of alloy elements and secondary hardening. The hardness can reach HS76-92 with uniformity of hardness and groove wear. There is no remarkable decrease of surface hardness while working in high temperature 550. Its wear resistance is higher 3-5 times compared with traditional High NiCrMo indefinite chill cast or high Cr cast ring/sleeve. High speed steel ring/sleeve used widely in wire rod and bar mill and universal H section steel mill.
