Alloy Nodular Cast Roll
Alloy nodular cast roll was made by nodulizing to achieve high strength cast roll. There are three kinds: low, medium & high alloy nodular cast rolls. The main metallographic structure is globular graphite. So, it has better thermal shock resistance, wear resistance, tensile strength compared with normal cast rolls. Suitable for roughing stands, medium stands of section steel mill, bar and wire mill, wide strip mill and hot thin slab temper rolling stand. Metallographic Structure:
