The size, shape and distribution of graphite and carbide can be controlled by chill cooling and adjustment of alloy elements. The fine graphite enhanced roll’s spalling resistance, hot-cracking resistance and wear resistance. Widely used on the medium stands and finish stand of wire rod and bar mill, section steel mill.
