The guide adjustment projector was widely used in steel rolling field, especially high-speed wire rod production line for guide adjustment. The projector projects the image of roller of guide on the baseline template. Let the projection of guide roller match the pattern scope in the baseline template by adjusting the guide roller.

• Portable Optical Guide Adjustment

• Portable optical guide adjustment projector was built with projection imager and quasi-parallel projection light source. It’s used for guide base adjustment. The display screen in the imager composes of crossed divisional board with mm unit and magnifier. The roll pass was projected and magnified in the screen.
• The projector was fixed with the methods of 25H8 key or dovetails or base plate or made as per the type of guide. 
• This portable projector should be used together with projection light source. The power supply of projector light-source may be AC 115V (12V, 20W) or accumulator (12V, 20W).
• Magnification of objective: 2.5 times
