  1. Optical projector was built for centering inspection to diamond grinding wheel & silicon carbide wheel. 

  2. 0.001mm high solution DRO was used for accurate feed.

  4. Ground diamond grinding wheel by green silicon carbide wheel. Very cheap consuming cost in silicon carbide grinding wheel. No more expensive cost for forming turning tool/ graphite grinding wheel. 

  5. Just adjust grinding position to workout different profile of diamond grinding wheel.

  6. High profile precision after ground show natural color of diamond stone and without any burning mark. Achieving long working life. 

  7. Normal cooling. No environment pollution and good to worker’s health.
