TC Roll Grinding Machine

  • Special designed & ideal machine for tungsten carbide ring grinding. 

  • High precision Japan ‘Magnescale’ DRO offer 0.001mm resolution accuracy for longitudinal and cross travel.

  • SIEMENS or OMRON programming PLC offer semi-automatic cycle grinding. It was designed for both operations ‘Automatic cycle grinding & manual grinding’ as per operator’s choice. 

  • Main bearings on spindles are imported roll bearings, such as FAG, SKF etc. 

  • High precision liquid state plastic core shaft was used for tungsten carbide ring clamping. High centering and steady holding with easy operation.

  • Independent coolant system c/w magnetic separator and paper filter were built for second cleaning.
