Model:HNiCr-1; HNiCr-2
Alloy Indefinite Chill Casting Iron Roll was made by centrifugal casting and heat treatment to achieve metallographic structure ofacicular bainite plus little martensite. Its hardness, toughness and wear resistance is much better than that of alloy nodular cast roll. Since it’s made in centrifugal casting method, the center body is nodular casting. The roll’s strength was improved lot. Suitable for medium, finish stands of small section steel mill, bar and wire mill, wide strip steel mill.
